I love it here at Pheasant Ridge. There are so many different and friendly people to get to know! I love that the building is locked, and that there are security cameras. It makes me feel very safe. It's also just on the edge of town, so it's pretty quiet. After work, I like to come home, throw dinner in the oven and a load of laundry in the washer, then go workout. The fitness room here is totally loaded, so I can mix up my workout every day. Or, the bike path is right there, so I go ...
biking or walking on that. Everybody is really nice, and if I ever have anything happen, I get a response right away from the managers. I would totally recommend living here.

We don't especially like the management, it seems their only concern is capacity, fill the apartments and to heck with the tenants. The rules are no dogs, yet there are multiple dogs in the building, and bark, bark, bark, bark. I have a friend who was bitten by one of those dogs, so he complained to management, the owner wasn't reprimanded, I still see him out with his dog off the leash on a daily basis, but my friend got a letter of reprimand because he swore at the dog. Management says that the ...
dog is a member of the household he said, and by swearing at the dog, it is the same as swearing at management. Doesn't really make sense to us. I have had my car broken into, but management doesn't seem to care, not that it is their fault, but there is no security cameras or nothing out here. It is a secured building, yet the front door is always propped open and people come and go at will.
