  • Overzealous parking rules and rent increases.

    Moved in and immediately rent went up by another $40 which is fine but also increased due to buying a garage. There is no free parking for guests past 8 otherwise they’ll get towed. If you get a garage you and only you get to use it and they will get upset with you if you don’t use it. Which is ridiculous but whatever. Better have your girlfriend/boyfriend/family park their cars at Wal-Mart because they will be towed at their expense if they park later than 8pm- and no they can’t use the garage ...
    you pay for. Management is based out of St.Cloud and they’re more interested in their properties there so expect rent increases to finance their newer properties. It’s alright but it’s the small things that build on top of eachother.
