March 12, 2025The ladies in the office have been very helpful and responsive. They also hold fun get togethers for the residents and provided a back-to-school give away for the kids this year! WOULD NEVER LIVE HERE
October 21, 2022I called to request a tour of this apartment. I was told that in order to see the apartment IN PERSON, I would have to apply and put down a $200 deposit. This is to just SEE the apartment for a tour! I was told to look online to see it, and if I provide the $200 and tour it and don't like it, a refund would only be processed based on WHY I don't like the apartment in person. This is RIDICULOUS and an absolute scam to get $200 out of people. Nobody should have to PAY to just look at an apartment ...in person with the threat that the deposit may not even be refunded. Shame on this place for this policy. I will never consider these apartments under any circumstances. Best Apartment Ever
February 24, 2019I moved here from out of town and stayed only 10 months due to a job transfer and I couldn’t tell you enough about how this is one of the best apartments I’ve ever rented in my life. Management is superior, the grounds are always kept clean, the community is quiet and the tenants are as well. July 27, 2015Awesome quiet location. Under new management and having a dessert social to introduce them. Also going to have tenant activities. Clean, great size, awesome storage. Amazing first place! Pool and clubhouse. Cats welcome. Security patrols twice a night. Never loud music, and friendly staff!! Also a lot of parking options. Again very clean and quiet!! Apartment Complex or Resort?!
July 26, 2015I've been living at Pheasant Run Apartments for three years. I love it here! The grounds are beautiful. When I first moved here I kept thinking I was at a resort and would be going home next week. We have a pool, tennis court, basketball court, children's play area and a walking trail. The staff are friendly and make you feel like family. Maintenance staff are always efficient and polite. Now if they woul only make my bed and change my towels every day it would be perfect!Review from Apartments.com
