Welcome to Pheasant Run Apartments! We have spacious one and two-bedroom apartments with balcony/patios. Lake Fenton school district, close to parks, shopping centers and only 5 minutes off US-23. March 16, 2022Just recently moved here and so far the only complaint I have heard is about parking spots, especially in the carport spots. Other than that it is a small, friendly community, lots of older retired folks with a few families and younger people. Great location right off Leroy in North Town close by several of the lakes as well as a river.
