My neighbor still plays loud music late at night! The situation did not change at all! My neighbor still plays loud music late at night! They always start around 11 p.m. and don't stop until very late at night! I've reported this issue several times, but nothing has changed!

The apartment is a mess and the complains are not heard Maintainace sucks! The apartment's oven doesn't work, refrigerator is broken, the door in the balcony is broken and maintenance doesn't take action promptly. It is a terrible experience

WiFi connection I had issue getting my WiFi connected and The maintenance was extremely helpful with getting it connect as were the agents In the office! They were also very fast getting it done!

Quick change The batteries on my door lock were getting low. I didn't even have to call; the system did the notification, maintenance showed up and put in new batteries. Easy. And fast.

I’ve been here 3 days, 3 whole days and what do I see? A fully grown female cockroach. A fully grown female cockroach with eggs. I remember my first night here I saw two small insects and thought nothing of it. It’s that time of year after all. Now that I spotted the mother, I learned what they were. Considering the life cycle of them it’s likely this has gone on for quite some time too. It’s very clear an inspection was not done on this place, or if one was, it was nowhere near thorough enough. ...
I feel absolutely disgusted for even staying here. I’ll be sleeping in my car until either I get a refund or maintenance does a full inspection of every square inch of this place.

I like my apartment, and the area is nice; however, this place is run by people who just don't care about their tenants. The office personnel and Manager completely ignore you when you need something so don't bother contacting them by email, you will never hear back. However, this is better than when you show up to ask -they are rude to your face or lie to you to get you to leave. When nothing happens in a few days and you go back to see if something can be done, they are even more rude and treat ...
