Great experience

I went to the Phoenix House to look at a place for my mom and wasn't expecting much. I was wrong. Nice building that has a common area with tv, leather couches, computers. There was a laundry and elevator. They have a manger that is a guy now, Mike or Mark, that was really friendly and helpful. You have to think this is a building with older and disabled people so it is a different atmosphere. When mom is ready to move into her own place that is where she wants to go.

this manager is not one you can communicate with,l had appointment with her and l live 1hr and a half away when l show up on time she was not there ,and please be a ware the one that is over the manger her name is Alice stated she knew and must have forgotten well l spent my time and gas for a no show,l with draw my app and found a better place and location,Winterwood inc feel this is a issue that needs attention,thank you
