I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here. The maintenance and overall service have been extremely disappointing, especially considering how expensive this place is.
My AC has broken three times in less than a year, and every time, it has taken far too long to get a response or have someone actually come out and fix the issue. For the price we pay, basic maintenance and timely service should be the bare minimum.

smell, people are able to sneak into the pool area, and there is very little sense of security or control over who has access to the property.
Overall, this apartment complex is seriously overpriced for what you get. The quality of service, maintenance, and building management simply do not match the rent. I would think twice before wasting your money here.
