August 22, 2023I have recently relocated here from Oklahoma. When in the process of looking for a new place, I called so many complexes in the middle TN area! It is crazy to find most of the offices never picked up or even gave a call back!! The office staff here helped make my move as seamless as possible; they even had recommendations for movers! 10/10 will be recommending Piccadilly to anyone looking to be close to Nashville.Property Manager Responded

Looking for a home? Look no further!
November 7, 2019You should choose to stay here and I’ll explain why. This place has the best customer service, staff and overall vibe of any place I have ever stayed at. I feel completely safe, at home here and hope that I never have to move. It will be the saddest day of my life if I am able to buy a house. Not only is the staff very helpful and honest about the place, they also seem very happy to help you with anything. I’ve never had an issue living here and can’t for the life of me understand why anyone ...would give this place anything but a 5 star review. Ignore all the bad reviews, they are by people who do not take the time to read the policies and are impossible to please anyway. Not welcomed
May 23, 2018My fiancé’s younger brother and I came here to view a 2b2b apartment (serious inquiry). Their website says they close at 5:30 on Wednesday’s so we decided to stop in to take a look. It was 3:55. When we walk in, there was a group of people standing in the office eating and talking. We stood and waited for some assistance for a good 2 full minutes until a younger woman (one of the people standing around eating) said that they were closed. We kindly said okay and that we were sorry and began to ...walk towards the door. The whole time we were walking out she was right on our heels, sending the message she didn’t want our presence for another second. When we get out of the front door frame, she closes the door immediately. At this point I had JUST stepped out of the door frame. Closing that door any faster would’ve literally hit my heels. She immediately locked the door. I am 18 years old. I have my own apartment in Nashville and have made every payment on time for 8 months now. I’m not sure if she realized I was young and just didn’t think I was worth her time or what her deal was. But I genuinely wanted to view an apartment and potentially put down a deposit if they had any availabilities. Cheated out of $800
April 22, 2018The office held the inspection without me present when I moved out. I asked to be present. They charged me $800 to replace the carpet and immediately sent me to collections. Never late on rent, quiet single school teacher, no problems. I don’t think it was legal but I didn’t know what to do. Don’t live here, they’re very dishonest.Review from Apartments.com
Was great, now just okay
August 20, 2017I've lived here for about 8 years and this will be my last year here. Pros: Very safe, convenient to everything, just off highway exit, nice pools. Cons: They find the cheapest way to "patch" fix issues which have lead to much larger problems, don't have a standard percentage increase on rent (one year it stayed the same, the next it increased 12%), now we pay our own water + the company's convenience fee for managing the water, maintenance staff can be extremely slow to respond unless there ...is an emergency, office hours are very inconvenient, much nicer apartments for close to same price with tons of upgrades available (stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, granite countertops, etc)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Piccadilly in Goodlettsville
August 19, 2015All in all the apartment it great. There was a little difficulty with viewing the unit because the construction workers continued to tell the office staff to leave the office during construction but once I was able to see the apartment it was what I wanted. I got the top apartment right at a tree line. I opted for 3 bedroom 2 bath Kensington layout because it is perfect for roommates and/or to have extra space when you have visitors. The maintenance staff is very prompt at getting issues fixed ...and are on top of making sure you know what's going on. I like that they have community functions to allow you time to know your neighbors.
