    First of all dont move here because the pictures on their website are not what the units look like at all!! The laundry room is always dirty and messy there is something always wrong with the water they have told us so many times that our shower leaks into another unit but didnt fix it properly. The rooms are small, they always up the rent nd it is not worth the money. There is terrible lighting in parking lot.

  • Overpriced and crappy management

    We have lived her almost 5 years. We used to love it. Ever since the new management company has taken over it has been nothing but issues. Building always smells like weed and dog urine. Neighbors are extremely loud. Management refuses to do anything. Trash is always over flowing. Laundry room and hallways are rarely cleaned. And they up the rent way too often to make "necessary repairs" but have yet to do anything to improve the complex. Its the ghetto of Oregon and not worth the price or ...

    6/8/16 DO NOT MOVE INTO THEIR PROPERTIES. WHOLE 540 BUILDING ON ALEXIS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. WHILE TENANTS LOST THEIR BELONGINGS LIKE COUCHES AND BEDS THEY KNEW ABOUT IT ALL ALONG!!!
