February 12, 2025This property management is run by greedy people. The only good thing going for this place is it's nicely located near Crossroads. The community is old and not at all maintained. Maintenance tickets will take forever. At move out, you will be charged all kinds of fees so forget about your security deposit, instead be prepared to pay for the renovation of the unit you moved out of.Review from Apartments.com
Worst community!!!!!!
August 20, 2023Unreasonably expensive. The apartment is old and most of the appliances don't work. Washer and dryer are the worst. Internet issues are frequent and management does not care to respond to calls or emails. Wort Place ever!!!!Property Manager Responded

December 2, 2022This property and its "management" are the worst. -No response to maintenance requests beyond them telling you that they don't have enough people to respond to them. -Internet has been down for the ENTIRE PROPERTY since October 24th. With DISH Network whom the property has contracted with to provide TV and Internet services and restricted other providers from accessing the property. As of Dec 2th there is no ETA on repair. -"Management" directly ignores calls to the office. -They even screwed ...up my move in literally no one will be here when you move in, and you have to go get a code and hope they left you keys to your mailbox If you like your sanity DO NOT MOVE TO PIEDMONT APARTMENTS IN BELLEVUE, WARead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not Recommended. Poor Management
October 31, 2018Very bad maintenance and infrastructure. The vents are extremely bad and cigarette smoke from neighboring house comes into the bathroom with is extremely hazardous. September 7, 2016Piedmont staff shows Model flat to aspiring customers. But, the apartment in actual are no where close to Model flat. Their condition is poor, structure is so old that it creaks due to activities upstairs. First floor are always noisy. Toilets are poorly maintained. Second bathroom stinks.
