Love living here. Staff is super friendly and responsive and the neighborhood is fun and lively. The finishes in the apartment are “condo-like” (real wood floors, upgraded appliances, custom closets). Great floor plans and views of Piedmont Park available.

It's been good. But there are a couple of issues, including one of three elevators being chronically out of service, and the swimming pool being effectively unavailable despite representations that it is open year round from 6 am to 11 pm.

Very nice so far! Everyone has been super nice and accommodating, the rooms are very clean. The view is great, the gym is nice. The coffee is solid.

Recently moved into my apartment and my experience was great. My appointment to pick up my keys was not scheduled with the reservation of the service elevator but the leasing agent was very kind to come in earlier to make sure I had my keys in time. My unit was very clean which I was almost surprised how clean it was. I'm a very particular person but the condition of the apartment was very good.
