DO NOT LIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! PLEASE TRUST ME ON THIS. They show you an apartment that you WONT be living in. A couple of weeks before we were set to move in, the property manager told us we could come see the apartment. It was fine I guess, it wasn't what we signed up for but we were like I guess it'll do. hallways, your living area, the garage, EVERYWHERE!!! When you call for pest control they magically don't have your key. We had to have our key remade and give them the spare and even then they still "didn't have the key". The upkeep of the facilities are terrible. The pool was never accessible, the garage was never shut, the weight room is dirty and none of the equipment works properly. We had our car broken into and no communication from the front office after they sent a semi threatening email stating "the garage will be closed from this point forward" literally the next day it was broken. They say they are going to do all of these things but nothing ever happens. This place is not worth the money. Even if my kid was in college I would not allow for them to stay here as it is incredibly unsanitary and unsafe. Oh I forgot to mention, the Property manager told me to buy some Roach spray and handle the roaches essentially by myself. I asked him to send it to me in an email and he cleaned up the verbiage in the email stating "spray in addition to the pest control should do the trick." Please don't do this to yourself, thank me later but I promise this isn't what you want to put yourself through.
