Life at 33
December 9, 2025This is an amazing place to live, from Luke, Tara, and Josh in the office, too Scott and Alison in maintenance, and Elizabeth who keeps the building clean and beautiful. Moving here was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The amenities are awesome, from the Gym, pool, coffee stations, sky lounge, grilling stations, ect. You can walk too restaurants, parks, clubs, bars ,museums, theater, comedy clubs,and live music. The Riverwalk is right outside the backside of the building. I only take my ...car out once a week. On top of all that, parking is undercover, and we're pet friendly. As a community we have events to try to bring people together as friends and neighbors, we look out for each other. Love my apartment at Pier 33!
June 9, 2025I moved into my waterfront apartment about two weeks and I love it! Weekly cookouts with my neighbors, awesome pool and grilling areas and watching the boats come and go has been so relaxing. The best choice in downtown living!
June 6, 2025Beyond happy with my decision to call Pier 33 home! I toured 4 properties downtown before making my final decision. The saltwater pool overlooking the Cape Fear River and boat marina and the most beautiful sunsets is what sold me. The office team is always accommodating and the building is so quiet. One of the nicest places in wilmington
March 1, 2024Lived here for almost 2 years after coming from NYC. Looked at almost every other apartment community that is in the same style as pier and nothing compared. The views and amenities alone are the main seller, but along with the security and the welcoming of management it really makes this place just great. The neighbors are amazing, I have yet to meet someone I haven't gotten along with. PET FRIENDLY too!! I love it here and definitely plan to stayProperty Manager Responded

Nice location but poorly managed
August 15, 2023Great for access to downtown. Amenities are nice but always broken or dirty. Trash chute is like infested with flies that get into the rest of the building. Community guidelines are not really regulated so it can be hard to enjoy living here at times.Property Manager Responded
