Decent first apartment

This is my first apartment and it has been a decent experience so far, but I wouldn't choose to live here long term. One of my biggest hang ups about this place is that there's no W/D hookups and you have to pay for laundry on site. You also have to pay for a key to access the tiny workout space after hours (which the clubhouse is hardly ever open when it claims to be). I recently moved to Indiana from out of state. The staff was welcoming and the environment provided a comfortable living during my time there. I layout offered enough space for me to operate a home business office. There are not too many apartments that offer a 2 bed, 2 bath and FULL washer/dryer. The maintenance and front office team was always attentive to my needs and requests in a timely fashion. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Been at Bayhead since 2013. It was only my second apartment after moving out of my parents home and I haven't wanted to leave! I first moved into an awesome one bedroom on the third floor with a lake view. I loved it and all the windows. Really loved the natural light. I now live in a two bedroom townhome with so much extra space. And now I have a washer and dryer (for free!) so that means no more quarters. Bottom line...I don't see myself leaving soon.
