Living here has been great.The extra security where someone can only enter the building if they have a key or are buzzed in has been amazing for my anxiety, I sleep great at night knowing that.
The apartments are cozy and plenty of room for me, my wife, and our two cats. The office staff has been great since day 1. Maintenance is on point, friendly and quick to address anything even as simple as our kitchen light going out.

I love my apartment at Pikeview Manor. I have lived here over a year and every time I have a request or problem the staff here comes within a timely manor to fix my problem So far only simple problems. All staff are friendly and the apartment is close to everything. I moved from one apartment here to a different apartment and there was no problem, smooth transfer to this new apartment. This apartment gets morning sun, which I prefer.

I moved to Pikeview Manor in 2021, with my two cats. The amenities are valuable: Nice pool, workout room, sports courts, dog park, and monthly planned social events. Maintenance is never a problem, as the staff repairs and replaces items within a couple of hours. The neighborhood is serene and relatively quiet. However, many retail stores and restaurants are located less than a mile alway. I hope to call Pikeview Manor my home for many more years. Thanks to the Management for making us ...

Where do we even begin. At the end of August my husband accepted a job position here in West Virginia. My husband, myself and our lab Moose, were on a very tight timeline and didn’t have much time to look at the area, let alone living accommodations. When reaching out to some local friends, they all highly recommended Pikeview Manor Apartments.
We had to get a couple ducks in a row, very quickly, and fortunately there was an apartment opening up the exact time that we would be moving.

move, getting our house listed in PA, and getting all the pieces of the puzzle was extremely stressful. The only thing NOT stressful was all the details with Pikeview! What made me feel so comfortable is knowing that we are with a five minute drive to literally any necessity, Walmart, Sam’s Club Starbucks for my caffeine fix, any fast food restaurant you could imagine…… (Which, as you can imagine the first week we moved in we basically hit up every single one of them.)
From the second that we were approved, the staff went above and beyond to check in on us to make sure that we had everything we needed for the move, making sure that all of our questions were answered, and even going as far as getting me certain measurements for our living room, so I could make sure our couch fit!!
Of course, our luck, we missed pool season but the amenities are wonderful! They also host once a month, a themed gathering… For the month of December obviously it was a tree lighting, coupled with Christmas music, festive Christmas treats, hot chocolate, and family away from family!
They do have a gym on site, a common hall that you can rent out for parties or get-togethers, Tennis courts/Pickle ball courts, Basketball, a small dog park and an outdoor pool! Including the grounds, everything is well kept and immaculate! When we moved in, we could not get over how clean the apartment was! For any maintenance issues, you simply put in a request on the app, and I have never had to wait longer than 30 minutes! I’m talking even for the simplest of things, changing a light bulb, to locking yourself out of the apartment, to increasing water pressure or just routine ch ecks!
You will very quickly get to know every single person on the staff and maintenance team… especially if you have a dog! They have dog treats waiting in the front lobby, don’t worry your dog will drag you to them!
Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. They don’t feel like staff they feel like family!
