I moved in a week ago, and I've been very pleased with Pilot House thus far. The apartment was clean, functional, and had some free snacks and other essentials to make things easier on move-in day. The concierge and leasing agents are friendly and helpful, and the building is well located. I hope things continue to go as well as they have thus far.

I am super happy to have found Pilot House. It is a well managed building with cooperative staff who have a genuinely welcoming attitude and couldn't be more helpful. The building is clean and well maintained by a quickly responsive, effective team. I've lived in several apartment complexes and this one is the best by far. Great neighbors too. My experience overall has been positive. I did wish that I received a sheet that listed when certain amenities were open like the dog grooming station. I went at 7am and it was closed.

Amber, Nina, Rachel, and Hannah, who are the heart of this community. They greet you with warm smiles, have genuine conversations, remember important details, and always go above and beyond. Amber is sweet and welcoming, Nina is attentive and down-to-earth, Rachel is kind and helpful, and Hannah brings calm, positive energy. I have never had a negative experience. While I love Pilot House, it’s the concierge team that truly makes it feel like home!

Lived here for 2 years and there are definitely positives. The gym is great, the neighborhood is decent, and staff is very friendly. When we first moved in, the energy of the complex was fantastic. However, over the last several months, the experience has started to slide. With the rent increases, it's now vastly overpriced for the space and the level of service and "luxury" feel hasn't proportionally increased. hallways without ventilation or airflow, which leaves humidity and odor for days at a time. Garage gates left broken for weeks at a time. Lack of a 24/7 concierge or useful emergency hotline. Overall, not a bad place to live but it's no longer a premium experience.. mainly a functional roof over your head.

always stop to say hello, have a positive and can-do attitude. They are proactive in keeping our apartment operating efficiently. In addition to the wonderful staff, we are impressed with how well our apartment complex is kept clean and tidy. The hallway carpets are steam cleaned, the hallway walls are painted, and windows are washed every year. Overall, we believe you cannot find a better building with better staff in this area and we are proud to call Pilot House our home.

It's nice and peaceful here! Everything is very clean, and we have periodic hallway wall repaintings/carpet steamings to make the shared spaces shine! The receptionists are also very nice.
