April 3, 2026I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here. What’s marketed as a luxury community is, in reality, poorly managed and riddled with ongoing issues. Security is unreliable (garage gates and doors frequently left open), maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks, and basic systems like elevators, intercoms, and amenities are consistently broken or nonfunctional. There are also unresolved safety concerns and little to no after-hours support when issues arise. For the ...price point, the lack of responsiveness and attention to detail is unacceptable. March 10, 2026From the moment we toured Pilot & Park, we were completely blown away. The property itself is stunning—modern, upscale, and thoughtfully designed. When we walked into the leasing office, we were warmly greeted by Emma and Hannah. It happened to be Hannah’s birthday, and seeing her so cheerful and celebrated was such a beautiful reflection of how management values their team. Big plus! Emma was the one who gave us the tour, and she went above and beyond every step of the way. The hallways looked ...like something out of a luxury hotel, with sleek navy blue doors that gave the entire space a refined and elegant feel. When we stepped inside the apartment, I was floored by how beautiful and spacious it was. Emma answered every single question we had with such patience and kindness. She was incredibly thorough, making sure we knew about the move-in process, current specials, and even helped us resolve a parking issue since we have two vehicles but are in a one-bedroom unit. And when she didn’t immediately have an answer, she took it upon herself to find it—which speaks volumes about her dedication. Now that we’re officially residents, I can honestly say the care and attentiveness we experienced with Emma hasn’t stopped. I once brought up a safety concern about the back entrance gate being left open due to what looked like damage from a large vehicle. Emma and Hannah hadn’t been aware of it—but the very next day, the gate was repaired. I was amazed by the speed and responsiveness. Emma continues to impress us with her kindness and commitment. I recently had trouble locating a package in the high-tech mail room. I saw Emma heading out for the day, clearly tired, but when I stopped her for help, she didn’t hesitate for a second. She smiled and jumped right in to assist me—even though she was clearly off the clock and had every right to just point me in the right direction. Her willingness to take the time to help meant so much. Another standout moment was when I needed to use one of the conference rooms for an important interview. The music in the lobby was a bit too loud for my nerves, so I asked Emma if it could be turned down. She immediately made it happen. She and the rest of the staff encouraged me before the interview, and when it was over, the property manager saw me later and excitedly asked how it went. P&P is a peaceful place to live with a great community atmosphere. Often times you will see residents walking their dogs, working out in the fitness center, working downstairs and enjoying a coffee. It’s great relaxing by the pool and grilling while enjoying a game of bags as the ships pass by going to and from the port. The apartment fits us perfectly, and the hallways usually smell so good (Weird, I know. But I appreciate a good smell... I need to know how to make my apartment smell like that.) We love that there's a co-working space with a few built-in office areas for meetings or when you really need to shut off the world and focus. November 5, 2025Probably the single best location for safety, beauty, freeway access (both of them), walkability, and private exclusive parking. Amenities are wonderful and the openness from management to improve and maintain is such a breath of fresh air. Everyone is nice and I’ve never had a theft problem or anything noticeably inhospitable. In fact, I get things returned to me I didn’t even know I lost. Compared to other Greystar properties, Pilot and park living and interior feel is definitely the most ...designer. I most enjoy that the parking is exclusive for residents and locked down with double safety features. The property is made very modern for ease of use, which is great for people who choose to live in a rental because you can’t be bothered with fixing constantly, and as someone who wants to feel like I’m at home even when I leave my front door, it still has personality, luxury, and warmth. Maintained well even after 1 year of opening. Only downside is the hodgepodge package room. But if everyone complains enough, they always fix whatever the issue is. While our manager was away, our team reached out by phone and email every day to try to connect and help, and a temporary cooling solution was placed in your home while the repair was in progress. We completely understand how uncomfortable it is to be without AC, even for a short time, and we did everything we could to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
