October 14, 2020I've rented all over pullman and dabco is by far the best, Christina in the office is amazing, always helps whenever I have questions. Providence court
August 11, 2020Takes your deposit for cleaning even if you have picture proof of it being spotless. Pretty overpriced for a run down room especially compared to other apartments in the area. The also may raise your rent part way through a lease.Property Manager Responded

November 8, 2017Going from Campus Commons where I was living with rats, mice, and spiders Pimlico is like heaven. Its clean, spacious, and the management has very good customer services. Great Management
August 2, 2017One of the make or break points in choosing an apartment to rent through comes down to management. In the 5 years that I've been renting in Pullman I've never had such a wonderful experience with management as I have had with this current one. I've never rented through Dabco before but was instantly sold the moment I had my first inquiry here at Pimlico. Management for Pimlico is very understanding of situations, will truly listen and try their best to give you your best options. They are also ...flexible with your schedule and on top of all your concerns immediately. The apartments themselves are very new, all of the appliances are new and good quality. June 27, 2016Honestly never had such a bad experience with any kind of apartment rental, except for Dabco. They over charge for everything, do not worth with you and are not helpful at all. They charge for garbage bags left out on your porch and minor damage to the apartment. If you have the opportunity to lease with anyone else, DO IT! Because Dabco is the worst of the worst. I mean we are college kids - and can not afford luxury but Dabco is not assisting or helpful in anyway.Review from Apartments.com
