I've rented all over pullman and dabco is by far the best, Christina in the office is amazing, always helps whenever I have questions. Its quiet and peaceful, the tenants are very nice. The landscaping around property is amazing and the grass is always green.

Takes your deposit for cleaning even if you have picture proof of it being spotless. Pretty overpriced for a run down room especially compared to other apartments in the area. The also may raise your rent part way through a lease.

Going from Campus Commons where I was living with rats, mice, and spiders Pimlico is like heaven. Its clean, spacious, and the management has very good customer services. Management was very quick and well organized when it came to moving in and getting the paperwork done. Definitely an upgrade.

flexible with your schedule and on top of all your concerns immediately. The apartments themselves are very new, all of the appliances are new and good quality. You get a storage closet which is really nice along with a patio and a view if you're like me on the 3rd floor. Looking forward to a fantastic year!

Honestly never had such a bad experience with any kind of apartment rental, except for Dabco. They over charge for everything, do not worth with you and are not helpful at all. They charge for garbage bags left out on your porch and minor damage to the apartment. If you have the opportunity to lease with anyone else, DO IT! Because Dabco is the worst of the worst. I mean we are college kids - and can not afford luxury but Dabco is not assisting or helpful in anyway.
