Horrible
February 16, 2023I lived at this place for a year and this was a horrible place to live. First off they switch management every five seconds. Then ended up somehow losing paperwork and deposits I had paid for and never told me they lost them until I moved out at the end of my lease. Then still proceeded to charge my after a year later for damages. The property management will not respond to to you unless you call and email multiple times. If you planned to tour or rent, I would just walk away and save your money!Property Manager Responded

BED BUGS!
July 13, 2021I signed a lease for an apartment at Pin Oak electronically.I was not given the apartment I signed up for. I was not allowed a walk through. The same evening I moved in I found bed bugs that had come out at night. I was bitten multiple times even though I had fled that apartment at midnight. The bed bugs infested my vehicle despite my having double bagged the few possessions I had brought with me. The apartment was dirty, even the kitchen floor was not even swept. Subsequently, the home my family ...invited me into was also infested. $2,500 for extermination, countless hours cleaning,vacuuming,steaming and 4 hospital visits later all I got was " I am so sorry". This place is a nightmare waiting to happen.Property Manager Responded
July 31, 2021I apologize you didn't have a pleasant experience during your time with us. We do take cases like this very seriously. We had the apartment cleaned, and sprayed prior to you moving in. We have since rectified the situation and got everything taken care of in the apartment.
