Horrible

I lived at this place for a year and this was a horrible place to live. First off they switch management every five seconds. Then ended up somehow losing paperwork and deposits I had paid for and never told me they lost them until I moved out at the end of my lease. Then still proceeded to charge my after a year later for damages. The property management will not respond to to you unless you call and email multiple times. If you planned to tour or rent, I would just walk away and save your money!

I signed a lease for an apartment at Pin Oak electronically.I was not given the apartment I signed up for. I was not allowed a walk through. The same evening I moved in I found bed bugs that had come out at night. I was bitten multiple times even though I had fled that apartment at midnight. The bed bugs infested my vehicle despite my having double bagged the few possessions I had brought with me. The apartment was dirty, even the kitchen floor was not even swept. Subsequently, the home my family ...
invited me into was also infested. $2,500 for extermination, countless hours cleaning,vacuuming,steaming and 4 hospital visits later all I got was " I am so sorry". This place is a nightmare waiting to happen.
