Horrible management

Management never answers phones and lies about everything you ask them and even laugh in your face if you’re expressing your disgust with something. They let people park in your parking spot even though they claim we have assigned parking spaces. So that means you’re liable to get towed because someone is in your spot and there is nothing you can do about it without hurting someone because they rent to the worst of the worst. Please don’t come here, this place is hell

This place honestly deserves 0 stars. Management is horrible and rude and downs not answer phone and stays locked up in the office. Why is the handy man arguing with tenants about issues that should be addressed by the property manager? My roof fell in and the solution was to place a cardboard box over the hole and property manager told me she would live there. Place has a terrible roach problem and they have rats as well. Steer of this place and spend your money where it will be valued.

pindo pointe has been great to me, being 4 1/2 hours away from home, this place offered a peace of mind. I viewed many apartments before making my choice and this was the best fit. between Ms.Gloria and Ms. Ashley they were of great help. if you want a safe and quiet place to stay this is your best choice. Roach Motel

This dump is deplorable it is full of roaches. I wonder if and when do they spray or is the pesticide man bring in the roaches with him. Ashley the office staff member is rude and a smart behind. Please find another place to live because nothing about this place feels like home. Safety is an issue and most people only do one term lease and they are out when their lease is up. Roaches, Roaches, and more Roaches!!!!!! Rating of 1

I really feel like I am at home and the staff/maintenance is really wonderful. They are like an extended part of my family. They are always so welcoming and humorous. I never have an issue when I need to have something fixed and the grounds are always so neat. Rena Robinson
