Terrible
September 24, 2025We had 2 water leaks. 1 as soon as we moved in. The second took them over 3 weeks to fix. They never compensated us for not being able to use a bedroom for almost a month. It also ruined over 360 dollars worth of stuff because the water leak was in the closet. These apartments are absolutely small for the price, and nothing is included. You have to share a washer and dryer that cost 5 dollars just for 1 load. These apartments are absolutely not worth it.Property Manager Responded

Terrible place to live
May 14, 2020This place is very ran down and dated to the 70’s. Filled with lead paint and poor repairs and don’t even get started on the management at that place. They only care about one thing and that’s money in their pockets!!Review from Apartments.com
Love it here!
May 1, 2020My fiance and I have been here for almost a year now. I LOVE this place! I guess it used to have a bad rap about four or five years ago. Looks like new management took over and really kicked out the losers. We live in the "garden" level(half in the ground basement) in the Small two bedroom updated unit. It cost 35 bucks a month extra for the updated units(oak cabinets, tile floor in kitchen/bathroom, better bathroom appliances and kitchen appliances.) Rent is super affordable, utilities are ...nothing, they hook you up with cheap renters insurance that you pay once a year. There is a small pool for everyone, BEAUTIFUL courtyard with picnic tables and grills.Laundry unit in each complex, parking is good, super close to the plaza stores. The bike trail thru town is directly behind the complexes, bball court. The leasing staff are AMAZING! Maintenance are super cool guys too. Don't get me wrong you won't find the worlds best paint job in your apartment, but as long as you keep your place neat and tidy it looks amazing. When people come over they are kinda amazed at how nice the place looks! As we are on the very bottom floor, I can hear my upstairs neighbors as they walk around but we've gotten pretty used to it. So the walls are kinda thin, but I rarely hear talking or T.Vs and such. Super safe area, park nearby too. Decent closet space. I really can't say enough great things I truly love this place! I plan on staying here until I get my degree, and because rents cheap I may stay longer to pay off them student loans! lol!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place for a great price!
March 25, 2020My husband and I really enjoyed living at Pine Creek Apartments! Our apartment was newly updated and the layout was very open and functional. We rarely had any problems but when we did the maintenance staff responded quickly! They even helped me move a couch to another location! The office staff was great to work with and were very helpful and friendly. Really liked being able to communicate through their txting app and always received a prompt response. We also loved having access to the pool ...last summer and taking many walks on the trails just behind the apartments. Not a lot of good things about this place!!
December 26, 2016Updates unit has been more problems then an older unit. Falling apart, leaking pipes and crooked doors. I do not recommend this place unless you want to be miserable. Two bedroom is small as well!! It's been months of fighting and fixing this place with management. The property manager has no business in the role and is not qualified. Quiet place
