Excellent value for exceptional service
March 1, 2017I've lived at Pine Crossing for almost 2 years now. I love it here. The town-homes are beautiful. My cat and I enjoy the set-up. The management is excellent. Joshua does a great job of being intentional with the residents. He knows everyone by name and apartment. He is very friendly and personable. Doug does excellent with the maintenance. Issues are promptly addressed. Both Joshua and Doug go above and beyond to see that all resident needs are taken care of (whether by salting sidewalks in the ...winter or addressing resident issues). As far as specifics on my town-home ... I have a 2 bedroom/1 bath. The only two drawbacks for me are only having washer/dryer hook-ups and the bathroom being upstairs.
