Best apartment ever!!!
June 30, 2020I have lived in this complex for a total of 8 1/2 years. I have lived in 3 different apartments, and have loved them all. The owners have been working very hard to renovate and improve this facility. I am a single lady, and have always felt safe here. The management is AMAZING!!! They are kind, helpful, and so quick to respond to any requests, maintenance or otherwise. If anyone says they have problems with Lori or Misty, it’s because they are not following rules or they are a ...troublemaker. I don’t ever want to move!!! November 1, 2019I have lived in these apartments for almost 5 months now and since day 1 the Apartment complex manager has not made it easy for me to live here. She is rude, careless, and has her maintenance people walk around taking photos of me and my room mate, Misty is the only person in the office that doesn’t have an attitude all the time. The apartments are disgusting, my toilet isn’t even screwed into the ground correctly, and my sliding glass door is broken which they said they could not fix. I hate ...living here, the only reason I haven’t moved out is because of the lease. Pine Highland WEST
February 21, 2017Please do not get the two complexes mixed up. Pine Highland West consists of two stacks in the back, behind the older Pine Highland apartments. I love the manager, Misty, she has helped me out at two different complexes since moving to the area. The maintenance team does a good job of getting to your work orders. It is very quiet in the back where these two buildings are. The stove and kitchen area is great. The floors, carpet, and bathroom are very nice. I have been living here for almost a year ...now, and I have no complaints. You are a 5 minute drive from the Walmart Neighborhood market. Super1 and Mac's Fresh Market are even closer. August 18, 2015Hi I've been here for almost 5 years! I hate it! The apartment was nasty from the first day I moved in the carpet is disgusting the tile is over 20 yrs old I have two kids that stay sick bc of this place! The only reason I haven't moved is bc we can't afford to! They never do inspections my uncle lived here over 27 yrs ago and even he says it's horrible now I really could use free rent for a year! They never fix anything I'm sure there's mold everywhere my kids are always sick it's bad when a ...four year talks about how nasty it is! It makes me sad bc I bust my butt cleaning up and it still does no good! Please help us !
