February 27, 2023I've been living here for the past year and it is absolutely disgusting. The only good thing it has is that the staff is very friendly and the maintenance people are also very friendly. The complex is always dirty, smells bad, people smoke marijuana too close to the apartments, people leave their dog poop everywhere, some neighbors like to fight and have confrontations outside and overall is not worth the price. It is too expensive and definitely not a "luxury" apartment. I don't recommend living ...here at all, specially if you have children since it doesn't seem very safe for them.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
HEED THIS WARNING..
September 16, 2022If you are a normal, clean person that takes care of your property and things(cars included): DO NOT rent here. I have lived here for a couple of years and it does nothing but get worse and more expensive. My rent has gone up almost $600 since March 2020…the majority of the people that live here are absolutely disgusting and dirty and the complex does zero about it. You never know who you’ve living above or below and the chances of smelling the garbage from them is extremely high or having bugs ...because they have garbage stacked to the ceiling in their apartment. Cars get hit, keyed, windshields broken, tires slashed way too often for a “luxury” complex. I guess with the millions in raised rent they couldn’t put cameras in the parking lots. The only thing luxury about this slum is the prices. There’s been two shootings in the last year. Now they’re redoing all of the empty apartments so you’ll be putting up with constant noise and water shut offs. I have no idea how it has 4 stars but I promise you with everything, it’s not worth it. Don't walk, RUN away from this place!!!
April 21, 2021RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! This company is as sleezy as they come! They don't take any responsibility for their corrupt doings. We got infected with bed bugs just a few months after we moved in, tried to put in a work order for it and THEY DELETED ALL TRACES OF OUR WORK ORDER!!!! Then, as we're moving out, we rented a carpet cleaner and cleaned all of the carpets, and they charged us over $800 FOR CARPET CLEANING AND PET ODOR!!!! A little bit country on the island
August 14, 2015This is the perfect building if you want a quiet, laid back environment. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Cheap but not worth the hassle
August 10, 2015I gave 2 stars because if you lived on the other side of the complex the past year I'm sure you were better off. I moved in November 2014 and starting the first week in March they began renovations. For weeks they banged on the side of the building and ripped off the siding, took out the windows, re-paved the walkway and at times I had 6 strange men in my apartment all at once. They also lost my neighbors cat because for tenants who were not home they would leave the doors open all day unattended ...and could actually be heard joking about it. It is now August 2015 and they are still renovating! This past week they cut down trees, paved walkways and redid landscaping which all sounds relatively reasonable but they backed trucks right up to our front doors and my apt literally vibrates for days. I work nights so I am home and need to sleep during the day and I called them to see what was going on since I had to sleep elsewhere on days it was really bad and they basically told me off because they were frustrated with all of the other complaints. The buildings were built in 1981 and it looks like it but that's what you get for the cheap rent. They started renovating the interior of empty units just this week. So long story short ... They honestly couldn't care less about completely inconveniencing you, you are just a check. I highly recommend renting from a more reputable company or agency.
