    Ceiling leak Had water dripping from ceiling. Maintenance came out, diagnosed where the water was coming from. Fixed the problem. Even came back later that day and the following morning to verify that it was fixed. Cleaned up a small mess in the Maintenance closet. Out standing!

    I put in a minor maintenance request for a broken cupboard hinge. Maintenance were there less than five minutes later and had it repaired in under ten minutes. Very pleasant and quick. Our maintenance department is top notch for all the repairs that i've submitted.

    I had several small items that needed to be repaired. They came the same day and did everything that was needed. Very polite and called me by name to let me know when they were done and leaving. They asked if I would like them to lock the door behind them.

  • Not worth the price

    February 27, 2023
    The complex is very cheaply built, with no insulation or soundproofing between units so there is just a constant barrage of noise from other units and from Pine Lake. Plumbing is loud and has constant problems. Appliances are old and not installed properly. People refuse to clean up after their dogs.

    They charge you for everything like to clean up and get the place ready for the next person. If any damage is done to your vehicle from there people or contractors it’s your problem.

    Pine lake heights is an apartment complex that meets and exceeds urban living standards. The amenities are in great condition, which allows each tenant to enjoy their upscale apartment. The community managers are on top of all problems, which lack there of, concerns or questions that their tenants bring to the table. If your looking for an apartment that allows you to relax and worry about life instead of fallbacks of the apartment, Pine Lake Heights is the place for you.
