VERY HAPPY!!!!!!!!
June 15, 2017My husband and I have been residents here since October 2016. We could not be happier with our new home!!! The space is generous and the floor plan is comfortable and allows for LOTS of storage in our two bedroom. The master bedroom has his and her closets AND an actual walk-in closet! This apartment was freshly painted and our unit had new carpeting. The light fixtures were up to date and attractive. The appliances were older as were the cabinets, however everything works perfectly. The counter ...and kitchen flooring were newer and quite attractive, exactly as presented in the photos here on this site! The bathroom is roomy and has a place tucked away for the full size washer and dryer! We have a storage unit in the lower level of our building that has generous space for bikes, boxes, etc. We are enjoying the beautiful outdoor pool and also have close access to the nature trail which is great for hiking or biking! There are multiple parks withing walking distance and there are also picnic tables and Barbecue grills right on the grounds! Absolutely everything is within walking distance including stores, restaurants, pharmacy, and my hair salon! We love the area and have enjoyed getting to know some of our neighbors, some that have been here for many years! The maintenance men are knowledgeable and professional. The few times we have needed them the response time has been quick and efficient. Truly nice guys!!! And finally, the office staff is exceptional. They went out of their way to make my application process and move-in as easy as possible. We have always been made to feel that it is important to them that we are happy in our home. The rental amount is very reasonable for this apartment and we plan to stay for many, many years!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
