A Home for Rita and Michelle
May 20, 2016We moved into Pine Lakes over a year ago, in fact, we just renewed a lease with them. The staff and maintenance team go above and beyond to help you out whenever/wherever they can. If we have to place a work order in, the quickly and efficiently take care of it, taking in consideration our jumbled work and sleeping hours. The new courtesy officer has taken control of many areas here at Pine Lakes making safety his priority for all residents. Can't say enough about all of them...they are ...definitely the best. We have decided that as long as they are in charge, we have no reason to leave here. The added convenience of being right near two main intersections of Goose Creek allows easy access to NWS Charleston, Hanahan, and North Charleston. October 10, 2015We have been living at this apartment since January 2015. Prior to coming here, we were at another complex. We used to live at this current complex, from December 2009 to December 2012. Our decision to come back to Pine Lakes Apartments was the best we could make. I happened to come at the right time and request their only 3-bedroom unit. Being in close proximity to the Naval Weapons Station was one of our goals, since my husband can walk to work from home. We were lucky enough that the previous ...resident was military, and had received orders to relocate. Since living here, we have had great time making this a home for our three small children. The level of care we receive from our landlord is tremendous. I am deaf, and never knew that I could get a visual smoke alarm, my previous apartment complex did not offer it to me. Here at Pine Lakes, they took that upon themselves to ask, and install a great smoke alarm system that puts me at ease knowing that I'd be aware of a fire or smoke. August 23, 2015I love my 2nd. story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment here at Pine Lakes Apts. They are older apartments but large and nice. The master bedroom is huge with a double closet and the 2nd bedroom is larger than most 2nd bedrooms. All apartments have washer dryer nook that serves well for extra storage space. I like the new Manage Staff, Roma & April, they really seem to care about the residents and are making positive changes on our property. Time for a change
August 12, 2015I am ok with out apartment. There are just some minor things to take care of. Ceilings are falling down and cracking . They try to paint over it but over time it is noticeable .
