“Just ok”
August 3, 2020This is definitely good choice for your first apartment. They have Newly installed carpeting they are slowly updating the property. Mostly quiet during the day. The apartments, they have nice, spacious rooms. It’s nice that all utilities included except cable/internet, and electricity. Also Nice to be able to have a six month lease then it goes month to month. They’ve been through at least three maintenance/ property managers conveniently it was always hard to find them when you need them. Also ...Maintenance is very slow to respond they do Little to No fixing issues when you want them fixed (basically it’s a good place to learn how to do home improvements yourself) so if you don’t mind that, this is the place for you. like for instance I had to fix a hole in the shower so there wouldn’t be any damages , I had to clean out the a/c unit and found it that’s had nests in it. Apartment have Very thin walls (so you can hear screaming matches among the neighbors). Also the neighbors like to have speed races on the street as well. The Hallways always have a faint smell of cigarettes & marijuana. But, on the plus side the bookkeeper & landlord are very nice & helpful when you have issues, very nice location close to birch run, Frankenmuth, flint and the high way. Also very close to Vgs, salons, restaurants, dollar stores & the post office. All in all with the good the bad and the ugly it is definitely a good place if your just starting out in the world definitely builds character especially when you live alone. Also make sure you have everything locked up very well and maybe be there when maintenance is fixing something. Also they are by the fire station and police so it’s nice they are very close.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Cheap but you get what you pay for.
January 24, 2019Expect to get taken to court if 1 week late on rent and have to pay court fees. Make sure all electric plugs work and shower works (I had to go 2 weeks after moving in without a shower).Review from Apartments.com
