Lived here for a single year, and it was the worst place I’ve ever lived. At the time, it was the cheapest in Conroe, but it’s definitely not worth it anymore now that it’s not. Roaches, bed bugs, maggots, moths, commonly broken washers and dryers, potholes in the parking lot, as well as rude and incompetent management.
