Management for the Pine Ridge Apartments has changed many times since we moved in over 12 years ago. However, the recent change in management has improved significantly. The manager, Alven, is conscientious and responds to issues almost immediately. In addition, the repairs that are requested are completed within 2-3 days. The office staff are amazing. The apartment is so spacious and there is so much closet space. The community is quiet and very professional. Just what I need. Peace and quiet. Its also right behind a grocery store and a gym..I literally don't need to leave far at all if I don't have too.

This apartment was great for me when I first moved. It is big and right across the street from my job! After 5 years though it has gone downhill. The pool is never clean. The rent goes up every year but there are no upgrades to the apartments. The maintenance is just OK. I've had to call a few times for the same problem. No utilities are included.
