However, the recent change in management has improved significantly. The manager, Alven, is conscientious and responds to issues almost immediately. In addition, the repairs that are requested are completed within 2-3 days. The renovations and maintenance of the buildings makes the complex inviting and attractive. Peace and quiet. Its also right behind a grocery store and a gym..I literally don't need to leave far at all if I don't have too.

The pool is never clean. The rent goes up every year but there are no upgrades to the apartments. The maintenance is just OK. I've had to call a few times for the same problem. No utilities are included.

The property is well maintained and the staff is nice and polite. Looking for convenience? Just take a walk out your front door and visit with the Powerhouse Gym, Coney Island, the grocery store, Chinese food, pizza, metro pcs, Simply Fashions Clothing store, Nikolas restaurant and MORE...
