Really enjoy living here!!!
September 29, 2022Management for the Pine Ridge Apartments has changed many times since we moved in over 12 years ago. However, the recent change in management has improved significantly. The manager, Alven, is conscientious and responds to issues almost immediately. In addition, the repairs that are requested are completed within 2-3 days. The renovations and maintenance of the buildings makes the complex inviting and attractive. This community is quiet and offers many amenities that make this complex ...attractive and pleasant.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2015This apartment was great for me when I first moved. It is big and right across the street from my job! After 5 years though it has gone downhill. The pool is never clean. The rent goes up every year but there are no upgrades to the apartments. The maintenance is just OK. I've had to call a few times for the same problem. The property is well maintained and the staff is nice and polite. Looking for convenience? Just take a walk out your front door and visit with the Powerhouse Gym, Coney Island, the grocery store, Chinese food, pizza, metro pcs, Simply Fashions Clothing store, Nikolas restaurant and MORE...
