August 2, 2023As soon as I moved in everything was falling apart. the cabinets, there were children running throughout the hallways at night. the laundry card machine never works. the front door was always broken so anyone could just walk in the building. they charge way too much for trashy apartments.Review from Apartments.com
BED BUGS
November 18, 2022DO NOT MOVE HERE. I can’t stress this enough. Do NOT EVER move here please. I moved in and within a month found out that the place came with bed bugs, a broken shower, noisy neighbors, and more! If you have to choose between being homeless and living here, I would flip a coin. It can’t get much worse than this place!!!Property Manager Responded

Cockroaches
August 3, 2022If I wasn't in a tight financial spot I would of left years ago. They take forever to fix anything and I've had them treat for roaches at least 30+ times bc they refuse to treat the root problem apartments adjacent to me. DONT MOVE HERE!Property Manager Responded

Ok most days 1 star the rest of the days
April 6, 2022Apartments are very old. Some have newer cabinets flooring etc some dont They office help is horrendous! Expect to always be wrong. There is no control over loud kids hanging out in the lobby area. Mailboxes are very small and mailman will return mail rather than take to office. Picking up packages is nice.. great personnel there and always a great experience. Hope you like stairs because the elevators are out at least 60% of the timeProperty Manager Responded

Terrible place and terrible customer service
November 3, 2021My apartment was infested with ants, spiders and bugs. I wish I could leave pictures and videos of what I had to go through. They have an exterminator that is only there Once a week which is extremely inconvenient if you are experiencing issues. The exterminator did nothing, and the property manager did nothing. I had no choice but to spend the money to break my lease. The ladies sitting in resident services on the left were always rude and disrespectful to me. You will ALWAYS see trash all of ...the lawns outside; very embarrassing for company to see. I would not move here if I were you.Property Manager Responded

October 23, 2021I did a tour with Linda and it was okay. Comments are true I had to step over dog poop WHILE ON A TOUR! Couch in one building was very raggedy and does look like someone lived on it. the place literally stinks for something called "luxury" apartments
October 5, 2021i am a current resident, bldg 2255. dont go here unless you want a noisy, stinky, overpriced place to live with outdated appliances and underwhelming management staff. watch out for dogpiles and broken glass and trash when you walk to the entry door to this 'luxurious' place.Property Manager Responded

rent somewhere else
August 13, 2021If you want a place that is over priced, hidden costs, and people who ignore you. This is the the place for you. They only care about getting new people to rent here with the dog park they put in and the face lift they have to the signs out front. But on the inside my apartment is falling apart. I’ve been here 2 years and I’m constantly running in to issue after issue. Mind you when you submit a main ten email issue it won’t be answered at all, or if you hassle them, they will send someone in 3 ...months. So needless to say my shower faucet has been dripping for months, and no one has come to fix that. My AC cannot keep up with cooling my tiny apartment during 80 degree weather and when I reach out asking for help because it’s getting hotter and I’m afraid the entire ac is going to bust, I get ignored. When you call the office during working hours no one answers. It’s just a money hungry apartment complex. I don’t recommend anyone coming here. Oh and to add to wash your clothes it costs around $5 to do one load. I also am paying a lot in electric because of my ac constantly running and not being looked at. This place is a joke and I can’t wait to move out. Stay away!Property Manager Responded

Dishonesty and Lies
July 17, 2021They imposed an expensive bill after move out. I requested for a move-out inspection before vacating. No one came and later they informed the bill was for carpet condition and rusty stains. Obviously both are lies. Carpet was in decent condition and I cleaned apartment thoroughly before vacating. The bill was so expensive that I did not get back my security deposit. On top of that I had to pay them additional amounts. To contest the expenses, I left four voice messages and sent them email as ...well; quite expectedly no one replied and they are going to say they don't have any record; basically all the same story really. There are many good apartments nearby. Try finding one of those, at least you will be relieved of dishonesty and your earning will not land into hands of cheaters.Property Manager Responded

We require an inspection form to be filled out by each resident upon move-in so we have documentation of any issues with the apartment. After comparing your move-in inspection to the vacated suite we discovered the carpet needed replaced since there were no mentions of heavily worn traffic areas and odor. November 14, 2020I moved in this month. The unit was placed in a made ready status with a door off the hinge, leak under the kitchen sink, holes under the full bath, no screen on balcony window, 1/2 bath toilet doesn’t flush and ants. It’s sad because poor service or work is nothing to gloat about. It’s pointless to keep a property poorly maintained. I will not remain there & the time it takes to go back & forth to fix issues takes more time than just fixing the issues initially or all at once. It’s odd that any ...would feel comfortable leasing that unit or not making sure the work was up to par. The women in resident services are helpful & professional. The others seem to be status quo workers & under achievers with no desire to do better. That mind set & life condition is far than a unit I can move on from. Proximity to Everything
June 16, 2016I'm a young Tech professional who moved here from New Jersey where rent is very expensive and loves this apartment complex. This place is very multi-cultural, I've met Africans, Jamaicans, Indians e.t.c. Rental payments are reported to TransUnion and this has boosted my credit score. My 1 Bed apartment is large compared to those in New Jersey. The area is safe too and close to everything i need. I'll be staying here until i'm ready to purchase a house.Property Manager Responded
