    Awesome place for SCSU students. It's WAYYYY cheaper than housing on campus and feels so much FREER. There's no random room checks, there's no mandatory hall or floor meetings, no curfews for guests.

    As a junior - this is the best living situation I’ve had. I spent 2 years on campus and pine rock apartments are significantly nicer and newer than my previous arrangements. The private bedroom and bathroom are a massive upgrade over the dorm living.

    this place is infested with rats, roaches, and spiders. nothing is really being done to fix it. they’ve change management a trillion times and it’ll probably happen again before halloween. nothing here is ever going to change, they need to just knock it down at the point.

    Our garage was used as storage for our full lease term. We also had a repairs that we were told would get fixed before we moved in which we never fix throughout the entire lease term. They recently raised their prices and you can find much better!
