RED FLAG RED FLAG RED FLAG!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!
March 1, 2022Current resident at PineTree. I will be leaving at the end of APRIL. This property is horrible. Buildings are falling apart. I had Multiple water leaks and the worst had my roof leak and collapse on me causing damages to my personal property only to find out after repairs where completed the problem still existed and turned into a BLACK MOLD GROWING ALL OVER MY APARTMENT AND BELONGINGS. Upon discovery they moved me into another apartment after enough complaining. BUT guess what in that time frame ...I've had to have my A/C re-piped from a Freon leak in my apartment. Central AC was out over 2 weeks as they got quotes until they found the cheapest repair company possible to fix this issue. My washer and dryer have had to be replaced... GERMAN COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! THEY SAY THEY SPRAY AND IT DOESNT WORK!!!! My Micro WAVE has burnt out and needed to be replaced. The Trash service is horrible. The dumpsters in the back turns into a HUGE pile of overflowing trash over the weekends. Your paid trash service is hit or miss. The management is hardly able to run this place. I even had to call the DISTRICT MANAGER Victoria to discuss issues that couldn't be resolved with the property manager Cynthia. I also had to report my neighbor who died and was not discovered until a month later. His apartment had black flies in the windows and they where even stacking up on the outer door before they came and removed his body. The GATE is a joke.. NEVER WORKS. as of tonight when I'm writing this review the gate is swinging back and fourth as if someone is driving in and out. The pool trash cans stay overflowing, I've seen glass broken at the pool on multiple occasions. GUEST parking is a joke your lucky to find a spot on the weekend because these apartment have people living here who aren't on the lease and take up the visitor spots because they cant get parking stickers and they will tow you so quick.. cost 190 to remove your car from the tow lot... I HOPE ANYONE WHO READS THIS REVIEW TAKES WARNING. I HAVE EVERY POINT IVE MADE IN THIS Review PHOTO AND VIDEO DOCUMENTED. THIS PROPERTY IS A MARJOR RED FLAG AND FULL OF PROBLEMS...!!! RED FLAGS!!! September 16, 2015My apartment is nice, but apartment life can be good or not so good depending upon the community, and the construction. The community here is great! The residents are friendly and comfortable to be around. Unfortunately the building construction could have been better. I love being on the ground floor. The downside is, I must listen to all the traffic upstairs that can sometimes be a privacy invasion. Maybe my next home choice will be a nice villa. It seems I must chalk this one up to experience ...and skillfully plan a better location before my lease comes to an end.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
