No major issues, although I was hoping to hear from Aspen management sooner than we did regarding our move-in, we were able to reach out and easily take care of the details. The hallways in the building could really use new carpet/flooring and the windows need to be replaced pretty badly. The apartment itself has decent flooring, new carpet, and a fresh coat of paint. I ...also really liked the move-in gift. It was a nice gesture. So far I would give 3.5 stars.Read More

Awful apartments and even worse management

The apartments are nasty, things never get fixed right, bugs, manager of the building is lazy and can't return a phone call. They will try anything to evict you and rarely file the money you pay for rent. Aspen Management owns the property and they are rude, careless and frankly liars. I would think twice before renting from them.
