ROACHES IN APARTMENT, LEASING OFFICE DOESNT CARE
May 28, 2024I have lived here since October 2023 and each month it has gotten progressively worse. On my move in day there were 2 dead roaches on the floor :) What a nice welcome!! I was also met with MOLD in my bathroom sink and shower drain. From there, I have had roaches and beetles that will not go away. Some mornings I wake up and step right on them when I walk into my kitchen. The “classic units” are just old units they don’t want to renovate and they don’t care about. I had to hire my own pest control ...out of my pocket because their pest control is doing nothing. They had one company and they all they did was set traps. They have a new company now and I’m not sure the guy did because there are over 40 dead beetles and roaches in my apartment!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! AVOID IT AT ALL COST. ESPECIALLY BUILDING 13!!! The learning office doesn’t care!!! They told me to just keep doing weekly pest control. That doesn’t SOLVE the issue! They don’t care how their tenants are living. I’ve asked them time and time again to address these issues. Also - the ice is yellow and they just say it’s the city of margate. It is insanitary and disgusting to live here. I’d rather in a tent then stay here. I have the photos and documents to prove all of this, or if you move here - ask the neighbors in building 13 and they’ll tell you because I’ve asked them to remove beetles and roaches from my apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible
August 26, 2023AC never works, bathroom roof has black mold which they paint over, ants everywhere, no parking, car gets towed in guess parking, front office and "maintance" are a joke, overpriced and they keep raising it, stairs filled with slime/mold. An Overpriced Mess
June 17, 20201.) I've been at Pinebrook Pointe for a very long time. They've removed carpeting from the units and replaced it with vinyl flooring; the floors have zero padding which means you can hear your upstairs neighbor do EVERYTHING. Their footsteps sounds crystal clear, you can hear their squeaky doors, you can hear when they use the bathroom. Literally. Everything. This translates to an overall uncomfortable living arrangement especially if you have terrible neighbors like I do that allows their ...children to run wild. Like to sleep in on the weekends? Nope, you'll be awaken by the very audible stomping and running of your neighbor's children at 7 in the morning. 2.) There's dog poop everywhere because dog owners are not held accountable. 3.) Parking is terrible. You get one assigned spot per apartment so if you have guests or have more than 1 car per household, it's a nightmare. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!
March 9, 2018This place used to be nice... years and years ago. Now its an overpriced hot mess.. the only good thing is, if you have high schoolers - Coral Springs High is across the way. If not, find somewhere else to stay. I hope one of those daft ducks in the office don't touch this review or try to beg people that live here to write a good review for them. This place has gone to the DOGS... and I mean it in the most sincere way. Every time I open my sliding glass door, the mesh screen falls off.. if the ...wind blows too hard.. it falls off. The neighbors are loud and rowdy. The maintenance people are unfriendly The people in the office? SLOW It takes this community 10 weeks to fix something so simple For example.. the gates have just now been fixed since Hurricane Irma, and after a week.. they're broken again. I went to the community pool the other day in this neighborhood. Terrible!!! The hot tub didn't even have enough water in it. I mean YUCK! If I get started on the parking situation... you'll be reading for decades. THERE IS ONLY ONE ASSIGNED PARKING PER HOUSEHOLD - So basically this means you can park no doubt, but your husband, and teenage kids for example... are screwed. People, Coral Springs/Margate is a great place to live! Just look somewhere other than here.. Sandra & Nancy if you're reading this.. you guys both told me this was a great place to lay my head and since i've gotten here.. nothing but headaches. All of our entrance and exit gates are functioning properly, and both sets of pools and hot tubs are also in full working condition. With regards to parking, you are correct in that we have always allotted one assigned parking space to each apartment at no additional cost, with additional assigned garages available to rent and available guest parking. Worst of the Worst
October 23, 2017This complex is a dump! From flying roaches to mice and rats waiting at your front door. The pest control is a joke. The pools and hot tubs are usually closed due to serious public health violations, so check before you change into your suit. They advertise it's a gated community, but the gates are ALWAYS BROKEN and WIDE OPEN. The entire complex was flooded in June including the garages they advertise and to date, Oct. 23rd they are still vacant probably due to not passing inspection. They do not ...screen their tenants. There is no parking except one spot they give you and maybe 2 guest spots per building. Plan on walking with your groceries long distances. The cabinets are all banged up missing Formica on the corners and they won't fix it. The only positive thing about IMT is the maintenance staff and office staff. Great Community
July 14, 2017I have been a resident here for over a year and some months before, moved due to circumstances and came back because I had loved this community. It's pretty quiet, had a few small fixes that were needed in the apartment. The staff members, maintenance and office staff were always great and responded to all requests that I had made within impeccable time. January 25, 2017I have been living here a little over a year and hope to be here for many years to come. Yes the parking situation has been a problem but since then they have been taking care of this problem. It it also due to many people living in one appartement with a lots of car. Again this is been taking care of. Office Staff has been so helpful, as well as the managment .... Maintenance has gone out of their way to fix my problem, Way to go everyone!!!! PARKING IS A BIG PROBLEM!!!
September 7, 2014The parking here is the worst I've ever experienced ! I really like living here but because of the parking I'm considering moving ! They only give you one reserved parking space per apt and there are minimal guest spots so we have to park along the curbs and swails they have now implemented a towing policy my daughters car was towed along with 20 other cars in one night ! It's 125,00 to get your car back . We drive around the complex and there's no parking at all anywhere which causes us to have ...to park on the sides of the streets .
