I went and toured Tuesday march 2nd and Jamarion was very approachable sweet and resourceful he showed me a 2Bd 1bth . No long wait time I was in & out I loved everything about what was shown plus the deals that are being offered . Area clean and quiet and leasing office was easy to locate

I’ve really enjoyed my experience living at Northbrook and Pinebrook Apartments! The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful — they respond quickly to any maintenance requests and make sure residents feel comfortable. The location is super convenient, close to stores, restaurants, and main roads, but still peaceful and safe. My apartment is spacious with modern features, and I love how well-kept the grounds are. The apartment is very physically appealing. However since I moved in it has been problem after problem with the apt. Maintence is slow to respond. I have yet to recieve the mailbox key and its going on four months since Ive been here.

Overall Im pleased with Northbrook! I hate the carpet in bedrooms but cant move my furniture to have carpet replaced due to wear over the years. Parking lot has lots of sand & mud during rain & needs to be done
