December 17, 2024Pinecone apartments are beautiful and in a great location. I love to walk my SDiT in the field next to the apartments, and it’s super close to King Soopers and Sprouts. It’s not too far from the CSU campus, and management is lovely to work with. I’m so glad we found these apartments and I’m happy to call Pinecone home!Property Manager Responded

November 30, 2024Logan, the Assistant Property Manager, is personable, extremely communicative, and helpful. My tour was pleasant and I applied for a lease the next day. Logan quickly responded to my questions and helped my move-in process go smoothly. When my lock was a little funky, Billy from maintenance was professional and kind as he scheduled a time to come by, and he promptly replaced the deadlock and cut me new keys. The apartment itself is gorgeous! After living in an apartment with only an A/C wall ...unit, I am pleased to have central air and heat as well as a fireplace that turns on with a flip of a switch! The appliances are new and the unit was freshly painted and clean. The exterior of the apartments were recently repainted and they look swanky (red brick walls with crisp white, dark grey, and beige paint). There’s also lots of storage: entry closet, pantry, linen closet, walk-in closet in the bedroom, and a patio/ balcony storage closet.Property Manager Responded

September 19, 2024Buildings and landscaping have been beautified. Still the best apartments for the price. Interiors are spacious and very livable. My favorite thing is the gas fireplace.Property Manager Responded
