Not worth it
January 14, 2025Constant bug infestations, water pipes bursting yearly in multiple units, mold, mice, black mold in washing machines, they tow your friends and familys cars you need a permission slip from the office for a friend to be in the lot past 6pm. It costs $300 to retrieve your car. They turn the water off every other month for repairs without notice sometimes. Sketchy environment. The heat barely works. Stuff starts to fall apart when you move in like the doors and cabinets. Seneca is a lot nicerReview from Apartments.com
