nothing outside of shameful negligence from not only my manager but the property management for not being on top of her in regards to these “security” cameras. You are unable to see pretty much anything at night from these camera (they work just fine during the day) due to lack of maintenance & cleaning of them. The manager herself admits that in the 3+ years that she has been on site these cameras have not only not been cleaned/inspected/maintained/serviced she is well aware of them NOT working at night. She herself has had her car also vandalized & yet even then did nothing to repair these cameras. When I reported this directly to the management company the manager herself called me not even 10 minutes later accosting me for calling them denying she ever said anything that I has listed above. This management is so quick to take our rent yet when it comes to maintenance issues & basic upkeep/repairs has no desire to do their due diligence. I could honestly deal with it because we are able to do some of the repairs ourselves rather than their Mickey Mousing when they do show up but this vandalism & honest lack of integrity on their part was really the last straw. If things change & these avoidable issues / concerns are addressed then I am more than happy to update my review, outside of that PEOPLE DO NOT RENT HERE! I have had so many neighbors tell me that they feel deceived by this management & what they are told/shown when they are applying is no where near what they have experienced since moving in.
