I think the previous review was addressing the past owner because the current landlord, Greg, is fantastic. A super nice guy who is very responsive and understanding. The townhomes are well taken care of and a great place to live. Would recommend to anyone considering Hartford.
Very poor maintenance

Whatever you do, do NOT rent from this guy. Walls are paper thin, lightbulbs burn out weekly, takes weeks if not a month to fix broken appliances. Meanwhile you're stuck without a fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, or dryer. Everything about them is cheap. 24hr maintenance? Not even close!
