January 9, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI think the previous review was addressing the past owner because the current landlord, Greg, is fantastic. A super nice guy who is very responsive and understanding. The townhomes are well taken care of and a great place to live. Would recommend to anyone considering Hartford.
Very poor maintenance
July 11, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comWhatever you do, do NOT rent from this guy. Walls are paper thin, lightbulbs burn out weekly, takes weeks if not a month to fix broken appliances. Meanwhile you're stuck without a fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, or dryer. Everything about them is cheap. 24hr maintenance? Not even close!
