Great place to call home!
January 5, 2023I am so glad I found Pinegate apartments while searching for a new place to live! The management is great here and issues are resolved very quickly. Everyone is very friendly, and it is a very dog friendly community. Having an attached garage is SO nice, and the complex is very well maintained. Great apartments, amenities, and service
April 6, 2020My fiance and I's entire experience at Pinegate was nothing but positive. Toni and Marla in the leasing office are always wonderful to work with, the pool and gym are fantastic, and the prices are fair for all of the amenities that you receive. Maintenance is incredibly friendly and prompt to any urgent matters, and outside of some general parking lot and building conditions (potholes and dirt on siding) the complex is in great shape for its age. October 9, 2015A place worth for the money you spend. The apartment is conveniently located next to highway makes to easier to commute . The place comes with garages which makes your life so much easier in winter . The unit i am staying in comes in with sunlight a very rare feature in apartments. Pinegate Apartments in Merriam
August 16, 2015We have been pleased with where we chose to live. having your own garage is nice, and the apartments are pretty quiet. we have plenty of space, and the washer/dryer units are super nice. The only thing we dislike is that when they renovated our apartments a couple years ago, they kind of left out quite a few things. They left no lights, for one. Our 2 bed/2 bath apartment has 2 lights other than the ones in the bathroom (none in the living room or bedrooms). Our doorbell was disconnected, and the ...cable for TV access was cut. Our A/C was not functional, but they have maintenance on call for A/C issues and it was taken care of within a few hours, which was nice. Rent is definitely fair for the space we're getting. The pet policy is nice, just needing a pet deposit and no weight/breed restrictions. Google fiber is available, which is really cool since it just started rolling into this area. The apartments are super close to downtown. Even in rough traffic I get to the med center downtown in 15 minutes. Westport is super close, Power and Light is not a bad drive either. The amenities are pretty nice here. The salt water pool is great, the workout center has a lot more equipment than the other places I've lived, and is 24 hours. The 24 hour hot tub and sauna access are also nice. Overall, this place is in a nice suburb to a great city. The area around is rapidly developing with the new IKEA that has been put in, but it never feels busy enough to be inconvenient.
