    The apartments are great once cleaned up! The cleaning prior to moving in could have been done better as well outside the apartment because there are a lot of insects, spiders, wasps,ect. Other than that everything is great, would recommend to first time renters!

  • Poorly maintained

    The ground is extremely dirty and stained. The Parking lot is uneven and broken. The basketball court has messed up rims and there was an attempted drug deal when I pulled up to check it out. The Balcony appeared to have rotting wood as well.

  • Roaches and Loud Neighbors

    I lived in a two bedroom apartment that had a nasty roach infestation that was never solved. Add that with the thin walls and being able to hear every domestic dispute, and the unsupervised children that run around and scream for hours. Then, when I finally moved out of this hell hole, I was not given my full deposit back because the old manager claims I left furniture in the unit. We cleared that whole apartment out. Hopefully it’s getting better now, but I felt so bad knowing that new people ...
    were moving into that roach-infested apartment just 4 days after my move out date. I now have a strong feeling they moved me in when they knew about the roaches as well. Living there affected my health. Overall terrible place, knock it down and rebuild.

    Great place to live! Quiet community,my kids love it here. Neighbors are friendly. The apartments are huge and well maintained. Management is great too. Jackie is professional, and thoughtful she just put on a Easter Egg Hunt last week for the kids! Joe is awesome with maintenance. Any work orders are done same day or next. They really make you feel welcome here. Very refreshing!

    I'm shocked by the other reviews. This place was terrible. Something was always breaking down & when it was reported, it either didn't get fixed or you were blamed for it. The pool was barely ever open & residents were getting drunk in the BBQ area all the time! I fulfilled my lease, gave notice & forfeited my deposit so I didn't have to deal with these apartments any longer. Now 7 months later, I'm being contacted by a collections company saying I owe them money but can't tell me why. When I ...
