We moved into Pinehurst Apartments in 2023 not knowing what to expect. We didn’t read reviews or search Google—we simply took a chance. Three years later, I’m writing my first review because Pinehurst turned out to be so much more than an apartment or townhome complex. It’s a community.
People like Mr. Ernest, my next-door neighbor, made this place feel like home. He checked on me, my wife, and my boys regularly. He even gifted my kids brand-new clothes and invited us to his church. That kind of ...
kindness is rare, and it’s the heart of what makes Pinehurst special.
The maintenance team, though just one person, operates like a full crew. Every time I submitted a request, he showed up the next day with his list in hand, honest about the situation and quick to fix anything that needed attention. Pest control came through consistently—about every two weeks—sharing stories, giving tips, and helping us keep our townhome pest-free.
And then there’s Natalia Pshenichenko, who runs this community. Natalia is an amazing person—quiet, steady, always smiling, always present. She’s the definition of a modern-day superhero. She comes to work, handles everything behind the scenes, and when a family needs help, she puts on her cape and steps in. When I needed the flooring replaced in my downstairs bathroom, Natalia checked in daily—sometimes multiple times—to make sure the work stayed on schedule and that I could still do my job from home.
I am truly thankful for Pinehurst. It’s an amazing place to live, and leaving was bittersweet. This community gave my family three years of comfort, support, and genuine connection. If you’re looking for a place that feels safe, welcoming, and full of good people, Pinehurst Apartments is exactly that.

We lived at Pinehurst for two years we recently just moved to a house. Throughout our entire stay Natalia and the Maintenance team were always on point. If you're looking for a 2 bdr townhome apartment in Marietta this is where you need to be. We're going to miss it but it was time for something new. Pinehurst is very lovely place to live at. I enjoyed to live at my townhome at Pinehurst. I got a job relocation and left it only because of traffic to go far away. Very clean apartment complex. Any work order comes out and management takes care of your issue. I will make a referral for my friend. Everything was nice and good. Thanks !

I lived in this apartments over 4 years and I just moved out last month. After Ms. Natalia came in I could see the postie changes that were made all and only to make this unit stand out. Never had an issue and if there was something that was concerning reaching out to her was not a problem. It is a family oriented apartments, good and hardworking people lives here. My mom used lived there as well for the longest and it always had been a safe place. Affordable prices compared to other apartments ...

My stay was wonderful while I leased my one bedroom apartment. The manager named Natalia was very helpful and caring while I was there. When I had repairs inside my apartment, she made sure they were taken care of. I would recommend this apartment complex to any and every one searching for an place to call home. I hate I had to leave, but needed more space.
