Our apartment homes feature exceptionally clean units, most with washer/dryers, decks with storage closet, and reserved parking. Within walking distance are all the conveniences of Northgate Mall shopping with the new Kraken NHL hockey practice rink, the new light rail station and parking, numerous restaurants, banks, QFC, Safeway, Walgreens, US Post Office, Seattle Public Library, Thornton Creek Cinemas and the brand new Hazel Wolf Elementary School (K-8) is right across the street! We've lowered our security deposit to $1,000 instead of equal to one months' rent. To make moving in more affordable the $1,000 security deposit can be split up into 4 or 6 equal monthly instalment payments. Call for details! Not a fan
July 30, 2020Where do I start. This place Loud at the expense of the residence. Management cares very little if if you work at night or the noise they make at 8 a.m. in the morning. It's a constant thing. They don't even care about inconveniencing you by parking in your space that you have to pay for. Packages get stolen from this apartment. The manager does nothing about it. Constantly leaves the door open so anybody can walk in. The wall seem to be really thin. Not to mention the constant rent raises.Review from Apartments.com
