October 1, 2022I feel it necessary to warn anyone who is looking at living here, please look elsewhere. Since the AC issue was finally resolved, things continue to breakdown. As you can see from the reply, Pinehurst Management reached out to me 2 days ago on 9/28/22. On 8/23/22 the light in our kitchen quit working, it was not an issue with the bulb, it was the ballast. That is when we placed our first maintenance request. We placed three additional requests, leading up to today 9/30/22 when the issue was ...finally resolved. We had no light in our kitchen for just over a month. In our 3 years at Pinehurst we have never once been late on a payment. Is this loyalty appreciated? The attitude of management shows it is not. If you are working hard for your money and diligent about paying your bills, the least anyone could do is show you some customer service. We are leaving to a new home very shortly. When new management took over they put a 60 day leave notice into effect. Given all that we have been through we asked if an exception to this could be made, allow us to leave 30 days early with no penalties. They said this is not possible. It was naive on our part to think management would show kindness after they reached out to us about our negative review... It appears they have no desire to make things right.Property Manager Responded

May 25, 2021This place is horrible. I applied back on January!!!! And I have not received my deposit back. Has been months and months they keep telling me lies . We have contacted the manager, we received the checks you will receive yours shortly ALL lies!!!!!!!!!! Do not apply here you will be waiting for you money back for a long long long time. The manager and the assistant do not CARE!!! I told the manager Michelle that I will report them and proceed with suing " she was like OK, don't care" They do ...this with applicants beware. GO TO Business Bureau and look for Pinehurst Condominiums you will see all the complaints. I’m not the only one. DO Not apply here !! You will regret itProperty Manager Responded

October 6, 2015This complex is great if you like to be away from the strip. It's nearby many different fast food chains and has it's own quick care clinic. Mostly everything in this neighborhood is walking distance. If you have kids, the bus stops directly in front of the apartment complex to pick them up. The staff always helped me with my needs. However, maintenance can sometimes be late when it comes to fixing things in your apartment. (This is due to many work orders each day.) If you don't have a car, ...there is a bus stop in front of the apartment complex. This bus will take you directly to the strip. (Which was great because that bus takes me directly to work.) The Place I go home to
August 3, 2015The place I go home to is a quiet place. Nothing special. This place is where I keep my things and enjoy time to myself. With its walk in closet and hard wood floors it doesn't sound to bad right? Especially the walk in closet that's every girls dream. My home is located in the desert so a pool is a must and what's convenient about my home is that its right across from the pool so its perfect for those hot Vegas summer days. The place I go home to doesn't have much to offer if your into fitness ...so I would advise getting a gym membership. All in all the place the place I go home to is fair but most of all its my home.
