September 11, 2023Pictures are not as what the apartment looks like. INFESTATION, INFESTATION! Literally had to throw everything away when moving, because the roaches took over the whole building. Everything half way worked, maintenance takes their time fixing the apartment, pool was dirty year around. This place is not what it was sold to me.Review from Apartments.com
The Pine at Richmond & Sedan Hill
September 29, 2022These apartments does not look like the pictures are saying, they have leaks when it rain. When someone move out the move someone right in without even cleaning the carpets. This place have lost all its value. The management team located at Sedan Hill they do not do their jobs when it comes to housekeeping and maintenance. The swimming pool wasn’t up to code for almost the whole summer. They are unprofessional and never know how to get in contact with the owners when it’s a serious problem. This place sucks.
December 28, 2015They don't fix anything until it is extreme. It took 6 months for them to fix the air conditioner. We had a leak in the roof, let them know in March, nothing was done. Told them in Nov. We had black mold then the ceiling fell in. Took them 19 days to fix ceiling. 2 weeks later their is still a leak in the roof and dripping through the ceiling they just fixed. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE.Review from Apartments.com
