The staff are extremely helpful and truly care about your needs and will do whatever they can to make sure that your stay is a pleasant one. The residents are very kind as well and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area and would move back in a heartbeat if we find ourselves in Biloxi again.

The apartments have been renovated and updated. The office staff are phenomenal. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly. The whole property is spotless and quiet. The rent is reasonable and includes water, trash pickup and basic cable. Occupancy is at 100% and there is a waiting list. So I'd advise you to sign up soon. But you're not getting ...my apartment for a long time yet.Read More

The management team told me it was a great place to live with no problems and that was exactly true!! I never had any issues and all the neighbors was very nice and kind. It was very quiet! I could sit outside any time of day Are night and feel comfortable. They have a nice patio, great outside storage, and the cable included was a huge plus. I moved because I was offered a better job ...back home and had to move if not I would have stayed here for years!! I would defiantly recommend anyone looking for a quality place to live for a affordable price look no further this it! The Maintance team is awesome they stay on top of things and the office management was very nice and welcoming to there tenants.this was great an overall great stay!!Read More
