Overpriced Utilities
July 7, 2021Odd third party utility service fee for water usage that is not part of appleton or grand chute. You are forced to pay a regular monthly service fee just to pay your bill, on top of your actual utility bill because your utilities is operates by a third party businesses in your contract. Then required to pay another fee to cancel. Wow. On top of this your general utility bill is higher than the normal rate in appleton and grand chute even though you are living in appleton. August 26, 2020I’ve been here 3yrs and do wonderful. The maintenance guy is fast and very nice.. the Manager Kellie is a AMAZING person !! She is helpful,fast,polite and a for sure she’s got Heart, she cares about people and helps in anyway she can... in the 3 yrs I’ve had different things I needed and with everything she went out of her way to help me.. not many managers would do what she has done in helping me... as for my Apartment, well I love my place, they keep hall & laundry CLEAN, and they have ...mailboxes and a board up for messages, any new things what ever people may need to know which is so nice... you always know what’s going on then. My apartment is so nice and cute like a little birds nest on the 2nd floor, love it! So as for living here........ I think you would love the reasonable rent price, garages, cable included, and a 24-7 dependable wonderful manager Kellie and maintenance guy to is great... wonderful place to rent! Rude Managment
August 19, 2019The woman at the head office on-site is extremely rude and snippy. Constant rude notes posted to doors. Maintenance cannot fix things correctly or ignore poorly running appliances & call them good. It would be well advised to check the MANY other apts in the area.Review from Apartments.com
