September 13, 2022Highly don't recommend anyone moving into this apartment complex,they have the worse living conditions every,roaches,bad pipes,plumbing is bad,yiu will have roaches alday long,as far as reaching out to complex or corporate don't waste your time they don't do anything,there very rude and disrespectful especially the property manager,they are aware of the situation but due to being low income they don't care,I'm a current resident of this complex and only been here for 2 months worse experience ...every,had to get code enforcement and legal assistance to address the issue,mold almost everywhere,flooring comming apart,holes in walls and bathroom,tubs falling apart,roaches everywhere. Buyer beware
April 7, 2021This place has a major German Roach infestation. The office is aware of the problem but they will not share this information with you until after your locked into a lease. In my case they never told me how bad it was. I have tried to talk to them several times to get out of my lease since they withheld this information. Their response has been that someone will call me back but it never happens. After talking to other residents I have learned that they have treated everyone this way. Their ...approach to the infestation is to have the apartment treated once a month and you can request weekly visits from the bug company but they can't actually treat it more than what they already do. I have been proactive and followed all the instructions from them to help rectify the infestation but it has continued everyday since I moved in last August. The property looks nice on the outside and the rent is cheaper than other places but you will have these unwanted roommates for the foreseeable future.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
