September 30, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comManagement is atrocious. I can never reach them on the phone, so I have to go into the office and I'm met with incompetence, incorrect information, and given the run around. They raised rents by 20% this past year. Meanwhile, I've been living in a construction zone. Water is frequently shut off with no warning or explanation. The company that bought the property is trying to flip it, but didn't realize there's a massive plumbing problem throughout the entire complex they have to deal with, so ...they're pushing the cost onto residents. New hidden fees are frequently popping up. They forced the entire property into paying a flat fee for Xfinity that is more than I was paying for internet on my own plan. And recently, every unit in my immediate area received official notices of noise complaints stating that further violation of quiet times will result in a $50 fee and/or eviction. This sudden notice of mass complaints seems suspicious to me since my neighbors and myself are very quiet. One of the units that received a notice doesn't even have a tenant. I should have seen the red flags before I even moved in. It was a nightmare just getting my lease from them to sign. A Beautiful Community with Great Neighbors

The property is beautiful, and the ongoing renovations are making it even more stunning. While the construction can sometimes make things a bit inconvenient, it’s exciting to see the improvements happening and knowing they’re investing in the community. The management team here is fantastic: Layla, the Assistant Manager, is always professional and quick to address any concerns. Bernice, the Senior ...Leasing Agent, is warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Erick, the Leasing Agent, made the leasing process easy and continues to provide great support whenever needed. The community itself is amazing. All of my neighbors are friendly and even willing to help if you need something. Nothing works properly
July 10, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comOn the day my wife and I moved in, the A/C was broken, the dishwasher leaked, the smoke alarm didn't work, and most electrical outlets didn't work properly. We were promised a working A/C by the time we moved in (May 7th), however we didn't get one until June. It was consistently 85+ degrees in our unit, often reaching 90 or over for over a month. It was absolutely miserable, and some of our food went bad faster than expected because it was so hot. We received a small discount on rent for ...this. After reporting it on the unit condition report, I had to talk to the front desk multiple times and put in a service request for them to finally fix the smoke alarm, and it started chirping again the next day. I had to talk to the front desk multiple times before they finally sent someone to fix the dishwasher, and the maintenance guy spend 10 mins poking around, said it was fixed, but it STILL leaks. After putting it on the unit condition report, I put in a service request to have them fix the electrical outlets, it was marked as resolved, however they STILL don't work properly. I am sick of constantly having to go report things that are broken and follow up about it, only for nothing to get done. Terrible experience.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Horrible apartments
August 2, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comWater gets shut off multiple times a month, they don’t notify you until the day of!! You will wake up to no running water to shower, brush teeth, wash hands etc. Management is awful even the new management that took over a month ago. The buildings are old and not kept up. OK for price and location
July 12, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comFirst, I agree with all other reviews, management is SO rude. I dread having to call the office because they always have an attitude. But when my husband goes in, they’re nice to him. Second, they are ALWAYS shutting the water off! Completely beyond ridiculous. It’s at least 2 times a month! Third, they do zero pest control outside. Walking from my car to the door there’s easily 15-20 big roaches, and if you don’t keep your place immaculately clean at all times you can expect them in your ...house to. Fourth, there’s homeless people camping out at the side of the complex. There are pros though. The apartments are decently priced for what you pay. The residents are MOSTLY quiet and respectful. Within walking distance of 2 parks and all of uptown. We’ll see what the new ownership does. Thankfully I hear that old staff are leaving with old management. Rude Management
January 2, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThe first lady I spoke with was very helpful, but when me and my Fiance went back there was a different lady and she was extremely rude; she kept rudely interrupting my fiance when he kept trying to ask questions about the applications and apartments, and then we came back again and the 3rd lady was a little better she did answer all his questions. Just heads up if you are couples or roommates you have to individually fill out an application one application per person it's turns out to be $80 ...altogether. November 24, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comWe have lived here two years and it’s gotten much worse from the time we moved in. Management is incredibly rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. They will just walk into your apartment whether you are there or not and not let you know that they are doing so. (We had work orders and we made it very clear we were not comfortable with them entering the apartment when we weren’t home. The manager was extremely rude about it and they entered anyway without permission as well as without even ...notifying us that they were going to, they just did.) The amount of roaches I have seen here is disturbing and they are always turning off the water for repairs. Laundry facilities are also poorly cared for and while these apartments supposedly don’t allow dogs, quite a few people have them and they don’t do anything when the outside of the apartment building smells like dog crap because the owners don’t clean it. I know multiple people who have had their cars broken into multiple times here and there has been an increase of homelessness and drug activity in the area recently. There are times where people are camping right next to the property and times where we have also seen them wandering around at night on the property. The one and only good thing I can say about this place is the security guards are great and ready to help out when needed. If you want super cheap, this is the place for you. But if you want comfortable with somewhat decent management, I would go elsewhere.Read More
Roaches and bad Management
October 9, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is infested with both roaches, not just german. I scrub my walls and hand scrub my floors but there is no controlling them. I went to the office for help but they told me to buy my own equipment. Tried their pest guy and he literally comes in for 5 minutes, sprays the floor and done. The ladies in the office are terrible, the laundry rooms are always broken and filthy. My clothes come out the washer with STAINS! like weird grease stains.

February 25, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comThe only good thing about these apartments was Jerry, the security guy. Maintenance issues go without being fixed in a timely manner, the office staff is extremely rude, the office manager never addresses issues after staff says she’ll call. The laundry room just eats your money and your clothes always come out smelling worse than when they were put in. The pool hours posted are a lie. They close the pool two hours before it says. The water shut off is insane. The trash is everywhere except the ...dumpsters. They do not do anything about the dogs on property even though it is clearly stated cats only. The noise is ridiculous. You can hear conversations from other apartments. I would not wish my worse enemy to live here. I don’t know how this place is even operating still. April 2, 2019We're disappointed that you were unhappy with your time at our complex, we never want this to be the case for any resident. We can assure you that we take your black mold and roaches claims seriously and are diligent about insuring these do not exist at our complex. We are sorry that you felt as though your needs were not met, we do the best that we can, and obviously missed the mark for you. Although we try to clean up any garbage left outside of the dumpster and wish the water shut offs didn't have to occur, ultimately we can't control where other residents choose to leave their trash or the city needing to temporarily turn off the water. We hope that you can understand certain aspects are out of our control. A large majority of our residents are happy here, have no problems with our laundry room, and always feel taken care of. We're certainly disappointed we missed the mark for you and appreciate your feedback. We can only get better from here.
Affordable clean and great management

Management is very caring and helpful any small issues is always fixed within that day or the next . I have been living here for a couple of years and have not had no issues .
